Demonstrated Features
Standard button mode
- The
<o:commandButton>
component is API compatible with the standard <h:commandButton> tag and behaves in the same way if no additional settings are specified.
Ajax support
- The
render
and
execute
attributes are identical to those of the
<o:ajax>
tag and allow turning the button into the Ajax-based one as demonstrated in the "Ajax Submit" button above.
Specifying content with components
- It is possible to place any HTML or components into the
<o:commandButton>
tag to specify a content of any complexity instead of mere text.
